The Challenge

In preparation for an asset sale, the review of over 250,000 documents was necessary.

The scope required us to identify, verify, rename, and classify correct multiple copies of documents within a six-week timeframe. Essentially, the client needed to scrub its document inventory to provide potential purchasers with only legitimate, correct versions of documents required for due diligence review prior to purchase. Documents included leases, amendments, sublease, and documents associated with environmental and regulatory complience.
